This free service is available for any patient currently staying in an overnight bed at MCMH. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver cards to patients in our emergency department or patients receiving same day outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing.

Just complete the form below and follow the instructions to send your message. Our volunteers will deliver your card to your family member or friend.

Patient greetings are monitored daily and delivered in a timely manner.

Patient greetings requested on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday if possible.

Disclaimer: Be aware that MCMH Employees or Volunteers may need to read your message to confirm the recipient's identity, therefore suggest that you not include any sensitive or confidential information in your greeting. MCMH will not be able to deliver messages to patients who have already been dismissed from the Hospital. This greeting card service is for the convenience of our patients, their families and friends; MCMH assumes no liability for the contents of the messages sent to patients.
