Because quality of life is so important, regardless of the quantity of life, home care services are available.  Home care is appropriate whenever a person prefers to stay at home but needs ongoing care that cannot easily or effectively be provided solely by family and friends.  Hospice providers recognize that dying is an integral part of living and focuses on providing comfort rather than cure.  Committed to meeting the needs of our communities, Heartland Home Health & Hospice ensures that people receive the right care in the right setting.

Admission Process

All inquiries regarding our services are welcome.  The admission nurse will discuss options and answer questions about our agency.  Physicians will be contacted prior to acceptance into our program.

Payment for Services

If approved, Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans Administration will cover the cost of services.  Private insurance may also help cover cost of services. Payment options will be researched and explained upon admission.
