Admission Process

All inquiries regarding our services are welcome.  The admission nurse will discuss options and answer questions about our agency.  Physicians will be contacted prior to acceptance into our program.

Payment for Services

If approved, Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans Administration will cover the cost of services.  Private insurance may also help cover cost of services. Payment options will be researched and explained upon admission.

Hearing Impaired

A hearing impaired person may contact Heartland Home Health Care by calling the Iowa State Relay Service (1-800-633-4227).  The service will relay the call to Heartland Home Health Care.
