Our Services

Heartland Home Health provides intermittent services to individuals and their caregivers within a 30 mile radius of Red Oak which includes the communities of Stanton, Emerson, Elliott, Villisca, Grant, Griswold, Clarinda, Malvern and Shenandoah to name a few.  Heartland Home Health is certified by Medicare and Medicaid,a member of VHA, IHA, and the Iowa Association of Home Care.

Available Services

Our services are provided by experienced, caring professionals who live in our area of services.  Services include:

• Registered nursing visits
• Infusion / IV Therapy
• Home Health Aides
• Medical Social Services
• Occupational Therapy 
• Speech Therapy
• Medication Management
• Dietary Counseling
• Wound Care
• 24-hour availability

We can also assist patients in using additional programs available through Montgomery County Memorial Hospital:

• Lifeline.
• Cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
• Outpatient services.
• Meals on Wheels.

Admissions Process

Referrals for services may be received from anyone and all inquiries about services are welcome. Physicians will be contacted prior to acceptance into our programs.

Payment for Services

If criteria are met, Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration and private insurances can be billed for services.
