Courier Delivery

Our courier service volunteers help to transport items between MCMH + Clinics main campus and our satellite clinics, Malvern Medical Clinic, RHC & Villisca Medical Clinic, RHC. This program operates on a regular schedule and relies on a team of volunteers who have access to a reliable vehicle and are trained to transport medical and other items between the different facilities. Our courier services volunteer program plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the hospital system by providing a safe and efficient way to transport items between locations.

Mobile Meals

Each day the MCMH Cafeteria prepares and packages 30+ meals (many of them specialized to the individual’s dietary needs) and delivers them to homebound individuals throughout Red Oak.

The MCMH Mobile Meals program has been around for years and something we are very proud to provide to Red Oak residents. Volunteers pick up meals from the MCMH cafeteria and deliver to residents from approximately 10:45am – 11:30am.

Each route typically takes about 20-30 minutes (from pick up to final drop off) and all delivery locations are within the city limits of Red Oak. The residents enjoy getting a hot meal and a friendly hello from the delivery driver each day - and as a driver it is also a rewarding experience!

Check out our Community Resources Page if you are looking for mobile meals in other communities!
