Financial Assistance at MCMH + Clinics
At MCMH + Clinics we understand that medical expenses can be a burden. We are proud to offer financial assistance options to those in need. Our Federal Poverty Guidelines based program ensures that patients receive the support they need. No patient will be turned away based on their ability to pay.
A patient who wishes to obtain Financial Assistance must complete a Financial Assistance Application and provide all necessary supporting documentation.
