Montgomery County Memorial Hospital + Clinics Wellness Program

MCMH + Clinics is committed to providing employees with a safe, healthy and supportive environment in which to work where healthy lifestyle choices are valued and encouraged. The Employee Wellness Program is an incentivized, voluntary program available to all full and part time employees.

The Employee Wellness Program Goals:

  • Build and maintain a workplace environment and culture that supports employee health and wellness.
  • Support employees in their personal health and wellness.
  • Ensure that employees can actively participate in a variety of workplace wellness programs.

The Employee Wellness Program Objectives:

  • Provide programs and education for employees to lower their risk of chronic diseases through lunch and learns and wellness challenges.
  • Provide options to encourage employees to be physically active through an onsite 24 hour fitness facility, indoor and outdoor walking trails and discounted personal training services.
  • Provide nutritional services to support healthy eating.
  • Provide a tobacco free worksite and smoking cessation programs.

Eligibility for the MCMH Employee Wellness Program:

  • Participation in the employee wellness program is voluntary.
  • Employees that are part-time and full-time are eligible to participate in the program and can receive all member benefit. PRN employees are not eligible to participate in the program.
