Biography

Dr. Donoso Peña is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a specialty in Geriatrics. She graduated from medical school at the Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Guayaquil in Ecuador. Dr. Donoso Peña completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at St Peter's University Hospital/Drexel University School of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey. After completing her residency, she was offered the Chief Resident position. Dr. Donoso Peña then moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she completed her fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard University School of Medicine. During her geriatrics fellowship training, Dr. Donoso Peña was awarded the Bloomberg Foundation "Fellow of the Year" award. Dr. Donoso Peña speaks Spanish fluently. She enjoys reading, movies, theater, live concerts and outdoor activities with her husband and three children.
