Biography

Rolando Breier, MD obtained his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994 and completed his internal medicine training in New York City at New York Medical College. He also completed pain and palliative medicine training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and his hematology and medical oncology fellowship at the University of Missouri - Columbia in 2011. Dr. Breier is board certified by the ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) in Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and Medical Oncology. He is a member of ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology) and ASH (American Society of Hematology). Dr. Breier's philosophy is that quality oncologic care should be available locally to minimize travel while receiving treatment and to maximize quality time spent with family and loved ones. Dr. Breier likes to cook Argentinean style BBQ called asado and he is fluent in Spanish.
