SHIIP (Senior Health Insurance Information Program) provides free, objective counseling and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries. It’s designed to help individuals better understand their Medicare benefits, coverage options, and costs.

MCMH is proud to have two trained SHIIP counselors from our community.
SHIIP volunteers can assist with:
• Understanding Medicare Part A, B, C, and D
• Comparing Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans
• Reviewing prescription drug coverage
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Answering billing or claim-related questions
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
