Strengthening Care Close to Home - MCMH FOUNDATION 2025 UPDATE

Dear Friends of the Foundation,

What an incredible year of progress and partnership thanks to all of our generous donors! Your generosity has made a meaningful difference in the care we provide at MCMH + Clinics, and we are truly grateful for every gift, every sponsorship, and every show of support.

This has been a year of exciting growth across MCMH + Clinics, with new clinics, expanded specialty services, and continued investment in the quality of care available in our communities. Nowhere is that growth more visible than in our surgery and orthopedic services. With the addition of MD West ONE, more patients are receiving advanced specialty care right here in Montgomery County, close to home, close to family, and surrounded by the people they trust. And your support is helping make that possible.

Because of our donors, the Foundation funded two major equipment upgrades for the Surgery Center this year:

• A new mini C-arm machine that enhances real-time imaging, precision, and efficiency in the operating room.

• A new ultrasound machine for surgery, allowing providers to diagnose and treat patients with greater clarity, safety, and accuracy.

Together, these upgrades represent over $133,000 invested directly into patient care. This technology benefits every person who walks through our surgery doors.
We are excited to continue this focus into 2026, supporting ongoing advancements and bringing the latest technology to our Surgery Center.
