Montgomery County Memorial Hospital (MCMH) is launching Downtown Care, an innovative healthcare destination that will bring dental care, primary care, and urgent care together under one roof.
Designed to improve access to healthcare across Southwest Iowa, Downtown Care will serve Montgomery County and surrounding rural communities with convenient, coordinated care in a single location.
A New Model for Rural Healthcare
Downtown Care will become:
- Iowa's first Rural Health Clinic to integrate dental services
- MCMH's fourth Rural Health Clinic
- A convenient one-stop location for comprehensive healthcare services
- A clinic designed to accept all insurance plans, helping expand access regardless of coverage
The integrated model allows patients to receive multiple types of care from one trusted healthcare system, reducing barriers and improving coordination between providers.
