Biography

Austin Reilly, MD, is a pain specialist at MD West One in Omaha, Nebraska. He is double Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Dr. Reilly was born and raised in Nebraska. He received his Bachelor of Nutrition Sciences in 3 years from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln while educating peers as a teaching assistant in the Human Physiology and Anatomy Department. Dr. Reilly then received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Reilly completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago Illinois. He furthered his training in Pain Medicine at the premier pain medicine fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center. In 2020, his program received the prestigious "Fellowship Excellence Award" from the American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM). This distinguished accolade is bestowed upon a single fellowship annually, chosen from over 100 programs nationwide. Dr. Reilly's pain fellowship stands at the forefront of pain management, earning recognition for its innovative interventional and surgical procedures. Throughout his training, Dr. Reilly participated in many novel pain treatments, including numerous research studies helping to expand the field of interventional pain medicine. He was selected to multiple industry sponsored accelerator courses for advanced training and he has given podium speeches at national pain conferences such as the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS).

Dr. Reilly offers personalized pain management treatment plans tailored to individual needs. His minimally invasive approaches aim to reduce chronic medication management and invasive surgeries. He has expertise in the most cutting-edge interventional pain management therapies. His areas of specialization include spinal cord stimulation, dorsal root ganglion stimulation, vertebral augmentation, targeted drug delivery systems, and radiofrequency ablation.

In his free time, Dr. Reilly enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Sadie, and their Bernese Mountain dog Hudson Henry. They enjoy traveling, dining at new restaurants, cheering on their favorite sports teams, going to concerts and movies, and getting together with their families.
